Project Horizon
2025
In today’s fast-paced retail market, static PDFs simply can’t keep up. Project Horizon by iPaper solves this by transforming traditional leaflets into dynamic, evergreen digital experiences, seamlessly bridging the gap between product inspiration and conversion. As a UX/UI designer, I played a pivotal role in designing intuitive flows and meaningful interactions that elevate this platform's impact in the retail space.

Design that creates more value in less time
What it does
Project Horizon removes the usual bottlenecks by turning Google Merchant feeds and campaign briefs into dynamic digital leaflets. There are no delays, no extra costs, and no compromise on brand identity.
My role as Product Designer
I shaped the core journey so users can move seamlessly from feed import to launch ready design. I created a clean and scalable interface that balances consistency with freedom for content teams, and I introduced modern component patterns such as sliders, responsive layouts, and compositions that reduce clutter and strengthen engagement.

Onboarding reimagined: Fast, branded, and human centered
The onboarding model was built to be simple, and my design ensured that every step supported this goal:
Automatic feed setup — Horizon connects directly to an existing Google Merchant feed with no manual uploads
Free trial period — A ready account with fonts, colors, and layouts included so brands see themselves reflected immediately
Customized design — Price boxes, call to action buttons, and branded components defined to match each company’s identity
Launch with confidence — After approval, users gain full access to publish, edit, and scale campaigns
Why my design work was a gamechanger
With Project Horizon I did not just optimize an existing process. I redefined how campaigns are created and experienced.
Faster time to market: campaigns can be live in a fraction of the time.
Always current: campaigns can be updated at any point without starting over
Brand integrity: every leaflet reflects the company’s unique identity
Conversion driven: layouts and components are designed to guide users to act
Final summary
Project Horizon makes digital leaflets a strategic tool rather than a static format. My contribution as product designer was to build the foundation that allows it to feel natural, flexible, and powerful. I ensured that what could have been a complex platform instead became a tool that empowers marketing teams to move faster, stay on brand, and connect with users in a way that drives measurable results.
