Flipbooks by iPaper transformed the humble PDF into an interactive digital format used by retailers across the world. As the UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for creating the design library, building a modular UI system, and shaping the demo Flipbook universe that showcased what was possible with the platform. My work helped turn Flipbooks into a scalable, brand-ready solution that grew into iPaper’s flagship product.

My Role

At iPaper I worked as the sole UX and UI designer on the Flipbooks product. I created the visual foundation and the reusable systems that allowed the platform to grow and stay relevant over time. I also designed the demo Flipbook universe, which became the go-to showcase for clients who wanted to see how their products could be presented in a modern and engaging way. One of the most fun parts was inventing fictional brands from scratch for these demos, a creative challenge that highlighted the flexibility and potential of Flipbooks.

Impact

Flipbooks became a cornerstone of digital retail marketing. My design work made the platform scalable, adaptable, and easy to demonstrate to new clients. By creating both the internal systems and the external showcase materials, I helped establish Flipbooks as an industry standard for interactive digital catalogs.

Summary

I designed the library, the modular UI system, and the demo Flipbook universe that powered Flipbooks at iPaper. This foundation turned a simple PDF viewer into a widely adopted platform that continues to drive engagement and sales for retailers around the world.
